ON DIESEL FUEL AND VEGETABLE OILS
Diesel generators are designed for use as main or backup power sources for power and lighting installations in stationary or ship-based power plants. Diesel generators can operate both autonomously and in parallel with each other, with other diesel generators of the same type or with a general industrial network.
The following fuels are used in diesel generators: diesel, motor fuel, fuel oil, biofuel from vegetable oils or other liquid fuels with a flash point of not lower than 60ºС, a relative viscosity of up to 30 cSt and a sulfur content by mass of not more than 0.5%.
Diesel generators are automated with 1st or 2nd level of automation.
At the 1st stage of automation, the following functions are performed:

automatic speed control;

automatic temperature control in cooling and lubrication systems;

automatic generator voltage regulation;
-
automatic alarm and protection (stop) based on oil and cooling water pressure, oil and water temperature;

control of start, stop, pre-start lubrication and speed.
Completeness of delivery:

diesel and generator mounted on a common frame;
-
diesel generator control cabinet;
-
oil tank with centrifugal filter;
-
water expansion tank;
-
muffler-spark arrester;
-
launch cylinder;
-
air compressor.
Upon agreement with the Customer, heat recovery systems, radiator and fan units, and other components may be additionally supplied, depending on the specific conditions of use of diesel generators.
It is possible to supply diesel generators complete with a sound and heat-insulating, easily assembled shelter made of sandwich panels, which does not require the construction of a machine room.

for electrification of remote industrial areas and workers' settlements that do not have centralized power supply;
on oil platforms and vessels of unlimited navigation area
