ON NATURAL GAS

Engine-generators are designed for long-term continuous operation as a source of electrical energy at autonomous power plants both in autonomous and parallel operation between themselves or an industrial power grid of unlimited power. For engine-generator operation, natural gas is used in accordance with GOST 5542-87 with a pressure in front of the engine at the inlet to the pressure regulator from 1.0 to 4.0 kgf / cm2

Engine-generators are automated according to the 1st or 2nd degree of automation according to GOST 14228-80. At the 1st degree of automation, the following functions are performed:

  • automatic speed control;

  • automatic temperature control in cooling and lubrication systems;

  • automatic generator voltage regulation;

  • automatic alarm and protection (stop) based on oil and cooling water pressure, oil and water temperature;

  • control of start, stop, pre-start lubrication and speed;

  • recharging the battery.

We manufacture TDV "DIZELMASH - KGU" engine-generators automated by the 1st or 2nd degree of automation according to GOST 14228-80. At the 1st degree of automation, the following functions are performed:

  • automatic speed control;

  • automatic temperature control in cooling and lubrication systems;

  • automatic generator voltage regulation;

  • automatic alarm and protection (stop) based on oil and coolant pressure, oil and water temperature;

  • local and remote control of pre-start oil pumping, start, stop and speed;

  • warning alarm about overload of the engine-generator.

Our engine-generators have proven themselves over the years in operation in various natural and climatic conditions in more than 40 countries around the world.

ENGINE - GENERATORS

The engine-generator delivery includes:

  • gas piston engine and synchronous generator mounted on a common sub-engine frame;

  • control cabinet with built-in control and management system devices, with generator circuit breaker, disconnector and

  • automatic load distribution devices (in agreement with the designer);

  • expansion water tank;

  • oil tank with centrifugal filter;

  • launch cylinder;

  • automated compressor with electric drive for pumping the starting cylinder;

  • gas equipment block;

  • spark arrester muffler;

  • Spare parts kit.

At the customer's request, the complete set can be changed or heat recovery systems, radiator and ventilation units and other components can be supplied additionally, depending on the specific conditions of use of the engine-generator.

It is possible to supply the engine-generator complete with a noise and heat-insulating, easily assembled shelter.

Note: Cable products, pipelines and other auxiliary materials required for external connections of the engine-generator, control cabinet and auxiliary equipment are provided by the customer based on the ordered specification of the power plant designer.
