TDV “DIZELMASH-KGU” has an extensive machine tool fleet and specialized equipment for the following work:

• manufacture of various types of gears, gear clusters, and gear shafts with module up to 10; spur and helical, up to Ø1000 mm

• manufacture of cylindrical shafts up to Ø500 mm in diameter, up to 5000 mm in length, and weighing no more than 2.5 t

• manufacture or refurbishment of fast-wear parts for diesel locomotives and harvesters

• production of spline connections (internal and external spline cutting)

• manufacture (casting) of products from cast iron and aluminum

• machining of castings, forgings, and stampings to specified parameters on high-precision universal equipment

• electroplating / surface treatments (oxidizing, phosphating, cadmium plating, chrome plating)

• heat treatment of parts (hardening, annealing, carburizing)

• sheet-metal cutting on guillotine shears, thickness 3–30 mm

• welding (arc, semi-automatic [MIG/MAG], argon-arc [TIG])

• repair of components of machine tools (metal-cutting, woodworking, etc.)

• manufacture and repair, per customer drawings, of gauges/fixtures, jigs, dies, and molds

• manufacture of springs of various shapes and types

• manufacture of bearing shells (inserts)

• major overhaul of compressors
