KZK type toothed ring rollers are designed for:

 

• pre-sowing soil compaction to level the field surface;

• destruction of blocks;

• compaction of unsettled, late-cultivated land;

• soil compaction to reduce moisture loss;

• post-sowing rolling to compact the topsoil;

• rolling green manure (siderates) before plowing;

• snow rolling.

 

The use of rollers improves the uniformity of seedlings, protects crops from being blown away by the wind and destroyed by birds, which allows for a yield increase of up to 30%.

 

The rollers feature triple protection of the bearing assembly against dust ingress. Cast iron working elements ensure the reliability and durability of the rollers.

 

Rollers are aggregated with tractors of traction class 1.4.
